Sweet Sister

This limerick was included as part of a valentine that I sent to my sister, Lavene Bell. She had just sent us a valentine and some candy and this valentine was by way of a thank you card. Lavene makes the world's best chocolate candies. Now this may be my opinion but I think it is shared by the many people who receive little white boxes tied up with red ribbon each year from her. Each year she makes up hundreds of pounds of chocolates for her special friends and family. Christmas would just not be the same without this special gift of love.

Sweet Sister

There once was a sister so sweet,

Just seeing her is more than a treat;

But she comes bearing candy,

Which to us is just dandy,

You know how we all love to eat!
