This limerick is a perfect example of the fixes a person can get themselves into with just the simplest little action. As you probably know, I innocently wrote limericks for a couple of the Pedersen children's birthday cards and the first thing I knew I was committed for the cycle. Well, the first limerick I wrote was for my daughter, Jenny and so I thought that she was covered. Wrong! A few weeks ago she let me know that she was expecting a limerick in her birthday card too. Oh well, I guess I should have known.

A girl named Jenny loved art
And was talented right from the start.
She'd draw you a tree
Or a bumble-dee bee
And never forget the least part.
